In my case ... CAS known as CFS in MB would not allow me to homeschool yet when they illigally apprehended my children they homeschooled my second daughter in her foster home and now she is at a grade 5-6 grade level at 17!!!! when in my care she was finishing grade 3 in a regular grade. And now cuz they could not teach her they decided that she is mentally incompetent which means that she will be stuck in social services for the rest of her life and if she ever got pregnant they would apprehend her baby cuz they say she is mentally incompetent which she is not.
