Life is like a trip
We take many snap shots of our time on our trips
When we get back we put those pictures into our scrapbooks
Then we reminisce over the past experiences
Lately I find myself more often going over the past
And I’ve got so many regrets
So many heartaches
And yet there are the times that are like the silver linings
People that God brought into my life
People who have been such a tremendous blessings
And have given me such good memories
Thanks be to God for each of of these people
And for the adventures I’ve had with them
This is a very nice start to your new blog! Don't feel bad about looking back, after all life is not about knowing where you are going....it is about knowing where you have been. (Sometimes even Mater from Cars has some deep things to say lol)

ReplyDeleteI figured that in order for me to go forward I need to once in a while look back
Not to feel sorry for myself but rather to be encouraged how far God has brought me
When I look back now I can hardly believe that I am the same person
When God changes you He “CHANGES” you
But in the process of those changes … lots of pain can come
But it is a good kind of pain
